We recommend taking 3 RedMoringa capsules daily, one before each meal, or 8 grams per day if you purchased the powder. If you take them all at once nothing will happen, but to maximize the effect we recommend following the standard dosage.
There are very few contraindications for both adults and children regarding taking Moringa capsules as a dietary supplement. However, we would like to point out that the roots and bark of Moringa have abortifacient properties, so its consumption during pregnancy is strongly discouraged.
