Goji berries and their properties
Goji berries: The fruits of Lycium barbarum or Lycium chinense, both from the nightshade family, which includes potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants and peppers, among others.
They are red berries that grow spontaneously in the Himalayan valleys, Mongolia, Tibet, the Xinjiang and Ningxia provinces of China, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
